Google I/O 20025

As Senior Designer, I led the visual development for the social campaign for Google I/O 2025 in close partnership with the Art Director and the amazing Redwood team. My role focused on bringing the I/O identity to life across social, developing teaser concepts, designed to spark curiosity and engagement, and crafted visuals that felt fresh, cohesive, and on-brand. Throughout the project, the goal was to create a social presence that captured attention and kept the audience excited in the lead-up to the event.

Reception
Our lead-up social campaign contributed to Google I/O’s record-breaking performance this year: mentions more than doubled to 322.6K (from 156.6K in 2024) and achieved 14% positive sentiment (up from 8% in 2024) – the highest since at least 2018. This overall social success contributed to a highly engaged event, with 4.7K+ attendees (+4% y/y) joining Google I/O to learn, network, and get inspired.
